Here to help the landlord

LandlordStuff is the one-stop port of information and advice for property investors in Northern Ireland. The only dedicated website for landlords, this comprehensive resource has been developed as a support tool to make your investment as painless and profitable as possible!

Market correction
Such is the confidence in residential property as a longterm investment that buy-to-let owners - drawn by a more peaceful society, stable economy and buoyant rental market - hold millions of pounds in assets. This site reflects the key role that the investor market plays within the overall housing sector, the local economy and the wider community in Northern Ireland.

Despite the decline in house prices, there is a healthy rental market here. According to a recent report, it is actually better to pay rent than buy in Ulster - with around £89,000 to be saved by renting a property in the centre of Belfast rather than buying one.

Free resource

LandlordStuff is a not-for-profit site, and we welcome the amateur investor as well as the professional. Whether you’ve one property or one hundred, this platform is an essential knowledge base to help you better your business. Tenants and suppliers of services to landlords will find it useful too.

We want to make this site the key focal point for all the landlords and landladies who work in Northern Ireland’s rental property industry. And we want you to make it your site… a vibrant community where you can exchange news, views, questions, suggestions, opinions, rants and raves.

Independent

We're a private enterprise in Northern Ireland and are totally independent of any other business. We’ve combined our backgrounds in property investment, journalism and information design to create a clear and clean, functional and fun site.

We're always keen to improve on the services offered by LandlordStuff and hope you'll provide us with feedback to better the product. We’re particularly interested in contributions from topic experts in property-related fields and in passing on the benefit of your experience.

We are but tenants and shortly the great landlord will give us notice that our lease has expired!
